so 1pt = 1 Plat. Note that when people say "Points" in trade lists and such,
they're usually talking about Sing Keys, not Platinum Scarabs.

HINT - When deciding to purchase accommodation I would suggest
collecting all the items needed to purchase the type of accommodation
your require in a single Pack. This way when the accommodation you
require becomes available and your racing out to purchase the dwelling
your not running around like crazy trying to find the missing Special Item
you require to complete the purchase.
